These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between m1111 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User") who accesses, registers, or uses any part of the m1111 platform, including its online casino, sports betting, crash games, and all associated features and services.

By using m1111, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and m1111. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

The m1111 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these conditions at all times during your use of m1111.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. m1111 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be frozen pending identity verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or who are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful are not permitted to use m1111.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on m1111. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held across those accounts.
• Own Identity: You must register and play using your own true identity. You may not register on behalf of another person, use another person's payment method, or allow another person to use your account. All account activity must be conducted by the registered account holder only.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of m1111, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details at all times and must update them promptly if they change.

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, mobile number, and address during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure without refund.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. m1111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: m1111 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory or security requirements. Documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Your account may be restricted until KYC is completed to our satisfaction.
• Account Closure Request: You may request to close your m1111 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course before closure. Balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account are not forfeited and will be returned to the registered payment method.

m1111 reserves the right to decline registration applications or to close existing accounts at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria, has provided false information, or has engaged in conduct that is detrimental to the platform or other users.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the m1111 platform are handled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods available at the time of the transaction. The following terms apply to all financial activity on your account.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to payment method constraints. Deposits made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your m1111 wallet instantly upon confirmation of receipt.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as operationally possible. Most withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are completed within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to one business day.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the m1111 account. m1111 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without prior written approval.
• Transaction Fees: m1111 does not charge fees on deposits. Transaction fees imposed by your payment provider (for example, mobile wallet processing charges) are the responsibility of the account holder. m1111 will clearly display any applicable platform-side charges before you confirm a withdrawal.
• Disputed Transactions: If you believe a transaction on your account is in error, you must contact m1111 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. m1111 will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. Transactions that have been correctly processed in accordance with your instructions cannot be reversed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

m1111 may offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the absence of specific offer terms, the following general bonus rules apply.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is fully met.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer may be claimed once per player. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds not used within this period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Right to Withdraw Bonuses: m1111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to reclaim bonus funds that have been granted in error or as a result of technical malfunction.

m1111 strongly discourages the practice of bonus hunting or arbitrage. Any player whose betting patterns indicate that they are exploiting bonus structures rather than engaging in genuine gameplay may have their bonuses voided and their account reviewed.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on m1111 are sourced from certified third-party game providers and operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the RNG system and is not influenced by m1111 or any third party. m1111 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Game Rules: Each game is governed by its own individual rules as published by the relevant game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the rules displayed on m1111 and those of the game provider, the game provider's rules shall take precedence.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, m1111 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Wins generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error will not be paid out and will be voided.
• Sports Betting Outcomes: All sports betting markets on m1111 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a dispute about settlement, the decision of m1111's trading team is final, subject to any applicable escalation procedure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m1111 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on m1111, including under different names or using different contact details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other financial conduct that violates applicable law.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform software to gain an unfair financial advantage, and failing to report such vulnerabilities to m1111 promptly upon discovery.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

m1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, m1111 will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the account holder. Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at m1111's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the m1111 platform, including but not limited to its design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is the property of m1111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the m1111 platform without prior written permission from m1111. Unauthorised use of m1111's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m1111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if m1111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. m1111's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m1111 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside m1111's control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. m1111 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

11. Privacy
